The main focus of the workshop is exploring what makes us feel good and build a visual story about it. How can we maintain this feeling in our life and how can we translate these positive feelings into images?
We start by examining our daily life and elements that surround us, we learn the fundamental building blocks of a visual story, then we create new stories with new images.
Raising self-awareness, practicing mindfulness and connecting with nature are key elements in the workshop.
Each participant will create a number of images that will be discussed in small groups and in the main group.

The main focus is to visually express strong emotions that we keep within ourselves and to observe how transformative it is to place them in the images created.
Each week we will focus on one emotion to develop self-awareness and enrich the lexicon of our emotions. We will progressively move our gaze to investigate ourself, our relationship with others and our relationship with the world and the nature.
Each participant will create a number of images that will be discussed in small groups and in the main group.
